White bread or cookies must be avoided, as they have a high quantity of starch, and you will feel ballooned. Salt and sugar must be replaced with brown sugar and sea salt.
The restaurants might offer you foods with a reduced quantity of calories, but in this kind of environment, sugar and salt are used. Therefore, it is recommended to prepare your own food, as you will be certain about the ingredients.
